High expression of hsa-miR-503-5p and decreased expression of CTDSPL in LUAD contribute to cisplatin resistance and angiogenesis. Hsa-miR-503-5p negatively regulates CTDSPL, suggesting its potential as a target to overcome cisplatin resistance in LUAD.
