Assessment of the anti?inflammatory mechanism of quercetin 3,7?dirhamnoside using an integrated pharmacology strategy

Chemical Biology and Drug Design

Quercetin 3,7-dirhamnoside (QDR), a quercetin flavonoid from Pouzolzia zeylanica (L.) Benn, is the main component for quality standardization. Through an assessment of pharmacology-based method, we found that QDR significantly inhibited lipopolysaccharides-induced inducible nitric oxide synthase expression, nitric oxide release and the generation of proinflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α by regulating the expression of AKT1, mTOR, and NOS to against inflammatory.
