Abstract The present study used network pharmacology and molecular docking to predict the active ingredients and mechanisms of action of Astragalus radix (AR) to promote osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs), and cell experiments were conducted for verification.
