We can use NGS to better understand so-called “pharmacogenetics” so that we can predict how an individual may respond to a given treatment. RA: Can NGS improve the chances of a drug making it to market? Patients enrolled onto the previous trials were a mixed bag of diseases, which is why only ~5% had a good outcome.
